Refund policy
Dawn Drip believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Return Window & Eligibility Requirements
Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, the product must remain unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact. An unboxing video is mandatory to verify the item’s state at the time of opening. - Exchange Process & Approval
Customers must email dawnline@dawndrip.com with their order details and the required unboxing video. Our support team will review the footage, and if everything is validated, the exchange for size will be approved. Please note: only size exchanges are allowed—no monetary returns are provided.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end.
